On Sunday, there is no class. It's perfect for relaxing on the beach, eating in the amazing and cosy restaurants near the school, getting an authentic Ayurvedic massage, or exploring the vibrant local Kerala culture.

What food you will have

Throughout the program, you will be encouraged to embrace a yogic diet—a mindful and holistic approach to eating. Grounded in the principles of yoga philosophy, this dietary choice typically incorporates sattvic foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and dairy products.

Daily, you will enjoy 2 big vegetarian meals + 1 meal with fruit and healthy snacks.
