    Anoop Raturi is a dedicated yoga teacher from Rishikesh with over 6 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Yoga. Specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, Anoop’s teaching blends traditional wisdom with modern techniques, focusing on alignment, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness.
